GAME DAY MEDIA REQUEST GUIDELINES
1) All media should have an AHSAA credential and/or be approved by SCS. Field or press box requests should be made by noon on Wednesday prior to a Friday night home event or 48 hours before an event for other sports. 
2) Visiting team broadcast requests should be made by 3:00 on Monday for football games to ensure accommodations can be made. If more than one entity requests broadcast permission from a visiting school, a decision will be left to the visiting school's administration to choose its official partner for visiting press box accommodations. However, SCS will attempt to accommodate all broadcast requests. 
3) All media should adhere to AHSAA rules while in attendance. 
NOTE* Visiting broadcasters will broadcast from the visiting team press box unless other arrangements are approved. Please coordinate with your school concerning the use of visiting team press box space.
